Space-Saving Level Sensors
The level sensors from EBE sensors + motion excel in particular where resistant sensor systems in smallest installation spaces are required. Due to their contactless operating principle, they are installed protected behind plastics or another non-conductive material. There, our capaTEC© sensors can be used for the contactless measuring of filling levels in tanks (cleansing agents, waste water, bulk material, fresh water or powder). Other than level sensors in contact with the medium, these sensors are not contaminated or damaged in case of improper use. This guarantees a long service life. Furthermore, our sensors do not need an additional housing. For this reason, smallest installation spaces can be realized.
Pioneering User Interfaces and Control Systems
The rotary encoders and rotary switches from EBE sensors + motion are thoroughly tested and well-proven. In the field of special vehicles, they are used for a variety of applications. In all applications, however, precise and reliable control is essential for the safety of humans and machines. All HMI components can be individually adapted to the given conditions. Thus, a suitable product can even be developed for operations under difficult ambient conditions. The classic HMI components are complemented by sensor buttons and sensor-based rotary encoders and sliders. The innovative HMI solutions from EBE allow for completely closed surfaces and yet the reliable control of operating parts.
Flap Locking and Electromagnetics
Wherever flaps, valves or doors need to be safely locked, the use of solenoids offers itself. EBE sensors + motion has a particularly wide portfolio of solenoids that can be adapted to individual requirements if necessary. This can refer to special holding forces, designs or challenging requirements to the service life.
