Exact Inductive Measurements even under Pressure

Individually developed pressure sensors from EBE sensors + motion measure differential pressures in a variety of applications and customer-specific housings. The application portfolio ranges from appliances and medical engineering to the food industry. The pressure sensors are precise, reliable and maintenance-free even under special pressure influences and in difficult applications. The induTEC® technology developed by EBE forms the basis of our product development.

Inductive Differential Pressure Measurement by EBE sensors + motion

The inductive measurement principle: A differential pressure between two chambers deforms a conductive membrane. The induTEC® system measures the distance between the membrane and a coil structure and in this way allows to determine the differential pressure. The coil structure can be realized as PCB inductance. Therefore, it can be integrated directly on the PCB. This solution saves space. In this way, pressure sensors can be integrated and produced at low cost. Furthermore, EBE can adapt the individual pressure sensor to existing electric interfaces of the basic resp. central electronics. The signals can be generated and provided directly via the µ-controller or by means of an additional interface module. Thus, the sensor adapts to its environment. The existing electronics need not be modified. The development is made according to application-specific requirements by the customer. This email address is being protected from spambots.
